It's bath day for Budweiser Clydesdale Horses Diamond and Sumo of the East Coast Hitch. They are getting bathed and brushed at the Clydesdale Stable in Merrimack, New Hampshire. Will is rinsing Diamond (right) while Sumo (left) is being shampooed and conditioned by Pat.
As you might expect the horses love getting bathed and brushed during their weekly grooming ritual - it's like you or I going to a spa for the day. If you look closely you can see them leaning into the curry comb and stretching their necks out for a good scratch while being washed.
The horses are bathed and brushed weekly to keep to the high standards of beauty and cleanliness that makes them a Budweiser Clydesdale.
The quality and care the handlers give our Clydesdale Horses matches the quality and care that our Brew Masters put in each bottle of Budweiser Beer.
