On Thursday, August 28, 2013 thousands of fans came out to see the iconic Clydesdales of the East Coast hitch march down the streets of downtown Philadelphia to make beer deliveries. The hitch was in town for the Made in America Tour taking place at Benjamin Franklin Parkway.
In the photo above, the hitch drivers delivers a case of Budweiser while Brewer, one of the Budweiser Dalmatians, sits at attention, ready for more deliveries.
Along the beer delivery parade route, crowds cheered and looked in awe as the Budweiser Clydesdales made their way around the historic city.
One woman said, “I can’t believe how big they are! I have never been able to see them in person, just in the commercials! I love the commercial this year with the guy raising the baby."
Beer deliveries not only helps Budweiser stress how much tradition means to the beer making process, it shows their customers how important they are to the Budweiser family.
