The Dodge Magnum Engine
The Budweiser No. 9 Dodge runs the 850-horsepower R6P8 Dodge Engine. It’s designed to produce massive torque at low RPMs making it almost untouchable when accelerating out of corners. It operates at higher engine temperatures, and though lighter than many other engines, produces significant downforce. It also rides deeper in the racecar, lowering its overall center of gravity. The result - the perfect balance of speed, stability and stamina.
